Terms & Conditions

1. General

By appointment only

Minimum age: 18 years old

Specialization: I specialize exclusively in fine blackwork and fineline tattoos. 

Therefore, I only accept projects that match my artistic style and workflow.

Exclusions: Cover-ups, blackouts, full-color, and other tattooing styles are currently not offered.

2. Studio Scheduling

Sessions are typically booked up to a few months in advance.

Last-minute appointments may be available if my schedule allows.

No appointments are available on Sundays or public holidays.

Late-night sessions are not provided.

3. Health & Safety

I will not perform a tattoo under any of the following conditions:

Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sunburnt skin.

Active skin conditions (open wounds, inflammation, severe acne, or psoriasis in the tattoo area).

In case of doubt, the appointment will be rescheduled.

4. Deposits

A deposit is required for every booking (€50–€100, depending on the session).

The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

Your deposit secures your appointment and the reserved timeslot in my calendar. It also covers the preparation and custom design process.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.

If you notify me at least 5 days in advance, your appointment can be rescheduled once without losing your deposit.

Please keep in mind that another timeslot might not be available during your stay. 

5. Design & Modifications

Every design is carefully custom-made and will be discussed with you on the day of your appointment. This allows us to perfectly adjust the size, placement, and minor details to fit your body.

Small adjustments are possible within reasonable limits.

Major design changes requested less than 5–7 days before the appointment may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit.

Flash designs cannot be modified.

I strive for mutual trust in the creative process to ensure every design remains strong and timeless.

6. Day of the Appointment

Please arrive on time (maximum 15 minutes late).

In case of late arrival or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

To maintain a calm atmosphere and ensure a safe working environment, children and pets are not allowed in the studio during the session.

It is highly preferred that you attend your appointment alone and only bring the people who are getting matching tattoos. If necessary, a maximum of one extra adult companion is permitted.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance: the deposit will be retained.

No-show: complete loss of the deposit.

Repeatedly rescheduling may result in losing your deposit and the refusal of future bookings.

I reserve the right to refuse future appointments in cases of repeated misuse or a lack of respect for scheduling.

Are you sick? Please notify me as soon as possible. To protect everyone's health, I kindly ask you not to come to your appointment while sick. 

In case of illness, we will find a suitable solution together.

8. Liability

Tattoo Studio Aurora is not liable for allergic reactions or complications during the healing process after the treatment.

All clients are required to sign a consent form on the day of the appointment.

9. Touch-up Policy

If a minor correction is needed after healing, one touch-up session is included within three months.

This touch-up is strictly intended for minor adjustments resulting from the normal healing process.

Additional touch-ups due to poor aftercare, sun exposure, pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or other external factors will be charged at the standard minimum shop rate.
